We have recently been called to a new project in Windmill Street, which is in the London area of Fitzrovia by one of our regular clients. Fitzrovia is near London’s West End lying partly in the City of Westminster (in the west), and partly in the London Borough of Camden.
Here, they required our strip out services to remove existing fixtures and fittings to provide them with a blank canvas ready for the new fit out.
Items that we removed included, carpet tiles, wall panelling, laminate flooring, built in cupboards, kitchen equipment and toilet area.
This project also included the demolition of an internal wall to completely open up the internal space and allow the client to fit out the premises to the new requirements.
As always, we were also able to recycle some of the materials from this project reducing the amount of waste ending up in landfill.
